FLORIDA'S 2ND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT
PUBLIC SAFETY & LAW ENFORCEMENT
Keeping our communities safe is one of the most important responsibilites of our government. After nearly 40 years in law enforcement, I've dedicated my career protecting the people of our communities, and I'll bring that same commitment to Congress.
I will always stand with the men and women of law enforcement and fight to ensure they have the tools, training and support they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. Being in law enforcement is not just a job but a commitment to serving others. As your voice for the 2nd District, I will always put the safety of our families and community first.
VETERANS AFFAIRS
Veteran’s Affairs (VA) is the biggest socialist program within the US Government. The men and women who served in the Armed Forces, are given government mandates on where to go, when to go and who to see when they need medical care. This leads to long wait lines, poor quality care and even no medical care.
Our veterans need choices. Instead of 25-30,000 doctors working for the VA in specific locations, we need 300,000 approved physicians working throughout the country. Veterans should be able to choose their own doctor in the location they want. VA government mandates must end.
This will be a priority for me in congress
BORDER SECURITY/IMMIGARATION
If you follow the process coming into this county, then you deserve a process going out.
If you don't follow the process coming into this county, you only deserve two things: A set of handcuffs and a trip back to the border.
A secure border is essential to a safe and strong America. We must enforce our immigration laws, secure our border, and end policies that encourage illegal immigration.
I believe the 14th Amendment should be applied as it was originally intended, and Congress must work to restore the rule of law while protecting our nation's sovereignty and security.
ELECTION INTERGRITY
(SAVE America Act)
The world is not eligible to vote in our elections.
The socialist and communist can't find enough American's to vote for them, so they need this legislation to fail.
I stand with the Save America Act. Proof of citizenship to register. Photo ID to vote. This
is common sense election integrity and this legislation needs to be passed now.
Election integrity cannot be tied to any one president or any one administration.
We need a permanent legislative framework that protects the ballot box for generations to
come so that this issue is never swept under the rug regardless of who sits in the White
House.
FEDERAL RESERVE & INFLATION
Families across North Florida are feeling the effects of rising prices every time they buy groceries, fill up their gas tank, or pay their bills.
I believe Congress must hold the Federal Reserve accountable for the policies that contribute to inflation and the rising cost of living. The American people deserve transparency, fiscal responsibility, and leaders who understand that reckless monetary policy affects every household. I'll fight for policies that protect the value of your paycheck and restore confidence in our economy.
REDUCING THE SIZE OF GOVERNMENT
The number one function of government is public safety. That is our military, courts, law enforcement, corrections, and fire/rescue. These functions of government, I will always ensure are properly funded and supported.
All other functions of government are subject to being reduced, restricted or eliminated. The US Government will never voluntarily cut its own spending. The only way to actually stop the overspending is to reduce, restrict, or eliminate the agencies doing the spending.
Departments like the Department of Education and the IRS have grown far beyond what the founders ever intended. My approach in Congress will always be simple. Reduce, restrict, or eliminate government. The American people work hard for their money, and they deserve a government that lives within its means.
TAX RELIEF
I support:
No federal income tax on the first $30,000 of all income.
No federal income tax on all retirement income.
Elimination of the inheritance tax.
Raising capital gains tax to any gaines over $2,000,000.
Permanent no tax on tips up to $30,000.
And many more tax reliefs.
SECOND AMENDMENT
You can take my gun when you pry it from my cold dead hands.
I believe in the Second Amendment without compromise. The right of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms is not negotiable.
I will always stand against any effort to restrict or erode that right and I will be a consistent and unapologetic defender of the Second Amendment in Congress.
PARENTAL EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS
Parents should always have the primary voice in their children's education.
I believe parents, not Washington bureaucrats, know what's best for their children. I'll support policies that strengthen parental involvement, protect local control of education, and ensure parents have a meaningful voice in what is taught in our schools.

TERM LIMITS
I've signed the U.S. Term Limits pledge, to only three terms in Congress.
Too many people go to Congress promising change, only to become part of the problem. The longer they stay, the more disconnected they become from the people they represent.
After nearly 40 years as a public servant, I know the difference between serving the people and serving yourself. I believe it's time to end the era of career politicians and return government to the people it was meant to serve.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
If we don't control AI, AI will control us.
Artificial intelligence is not going away. It is only going to become more present in our daily lives. But with that comes responsibility.
I will fight to ensure that AI generated content carries a clear and noticeable fingerprint so that every American always knows what was made by a person and what was made by a machine.
Transparency is not optional. The American people deserve to know what they are looking at and I will work to put that protection in place.
AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITIES & RURAL FLORIDA
Getting on the US Congressional Agriculture Committee will be a top priority.
We need deeper tax cuts and more deregulation for our farmers.
Farmers are an essential part of North Florida. Not only do they provide food and agriculture to Americans across the country, but they also provide jobs for working class families.
My time in congress will be about ensuring farming is not a dying industry but rather a thriving occupation passed down for many generations.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Throughout this campaign, I've attended county commission meetings, town halls, church gatherings, community events, and senior centers across the district because that's where real conversations happen.
When the people of communities opposed a proposed data center that threatened their water and local resources, I showed up and stood with them. That's the kind of representative I'll be in Congress! Accessible, engaged, and willing to fight for the people I serve.
DATA CENTERS
If data centers are necessary for national defense then the federal government should build them on federal land, power them with their own resources, and use closed loop cooling systems that are completely disconnected from the aquifers and natural water sources of the surrounding community.
The burden of national infrastructure should never fall on the backs of local residents. The people of a community should not have to sacrifice their water, their land, or their way of life for a facility they never asked for. If Washington needs it, Washington should own it, power it, and contain it.
I am hoping we can prohibit data centers in Florida, but communities need to be prepared.
Data centers considerations:
No impact on residential or commercial property values.
No impact of quality of life.
Required to generate their own power. Not allowed to connect to an existing power grid.
Required to use a closed loop cooling system that constantly reuses water.
All additional public safety cost shall be covered by the data centers.
NO SHARIA LAW
I will introduce federal legislation to make it a federal crime to use any form of governement (legislative, judicial or executive) other than our US Constitution. The use of any proceeding or sanction against any individual that does not explecitly follow the US Constitution should be a federal crime.
American law is grounded in the Constitution of the United States and that will never change on my watch. Sharia law has no place in American courtrooms, American communities, or American governance.
